Not worth the cost

My hair gets ripped out in the edges of the plates (they are moveable and not fixed). It also doesn't straighten my hair as well as the cheap grocery store one that lasted for 15 years. It does the job, but with more effort and hair loss.

I LOVE this product

Alright, I never write reviews, but I was pretty annoyed to see this item has only 3ish stars at Macy's. I just repurchased this model after my first Sutra died. It lasted 7 years. I got amazing use out of it and it keeps my hair healthy and super straight!! Doesn't pull my hair and worth every penny. If you have thick, curly, and/or mixed hair I HIGHLY recommend this product.

Travel styling

This is wonderful for traveling. My hair is short so this is just perfect for styling my hair. Works just as well as a full size iron.

Love it!!

Love it! This is my second one. I have one I can use just for travel now. It works great on those flyaway hairs around your face,, my hair is super curly. I also use it to seal my plastic packages of unused dry fingernail polish.

Cute tool

Small enough to carry in your bag. Not strong enough to leave hair super straight. Good for a quick style fix but not to do your entire hair.
