Other occasion to buy:Purchased multiple items, only a few shipped. Customer service refused to help. Would not send items!!!

Macys customer service is terrible.

Very Small

The description of this item said the height was 2.13"H. This must include the height of the ribbon. I am beyond disappointed that I paid full price for this item. It's beautiful and well made, which is standard for Swarovski, but I cannot justify the price for it.
