Soft stretch bra for pilates low intensity workout

Needed something that was non constrictive for reformer pilates and yoga classes. I am small breasted 36A and a Large was perfect with a touch of gap but my girls felt secure and no slippage. I can use the use the light padding inserts as is without needing to switch out to more padding for modesty coverage. My daughter who wears a 34c was able to fit in hers, she got the blue in Medium. I always go up a size as the circumference is always an issue. The pricing could be better. The adjustable straps are a touch stretchy and the adjusters may be an issue if you are very sensitive as its not seamless and you can feel it if you are doing alot of mat work on your back. So comfy to wear as lounge wear and just an everyday bra.

Best Bikini Top to swim in

I really like this item & over the years I have bought several, invarious colours & sizes. I find Sweaty Betty’s sizing rather more than haphazard but the latest two spirit Restored Yoga Bras appear to fit quite well. I should add that I do not execute yoga in a yoga bra but I do use them to swim in & they last quite well over several years, although the colour fades in chlorinated water! But they are extremely comfortable to swim in, not being at all restrictive to the upper body.

Deliciously soft bra

This is the comfiest bra I own from a collection of gym bras I have accrued over the years. It's so soft/ no rubbing and keeps my minimal chest covered. I need more and to wear everyday

Cute yoga top!

Really cute top, gorgeous colours, I now have 3 of them! Lovely fabric and fit for yoga. Comes up small though, so I ordered a medium even though I'm usually a small. Wish SB would do a longer version too.
