Superior with excellent results

I love this pan, very high quality and excellent cook results. Will be purchasing more from this manufacturer. Pricey but not astronomically so, excellent quality. These are hand wash, and follow the instructions to use this pan at medium heat, as I believe more radiated heat is generated by the embedded diamonds. Excellent non-stick quality.
