Best choice for raclette- great dinner fun!

Enjoyed raclette dinner for New Years with our friends and bought this after long search for one of our own. Avoided the marble top as it stains easily when used to keep sliced foods warm on top, metal surface of this model much better for this. Had this a month and already used twice to entertain family & friends. Great way to accommodate all tastes and preferences with simple sliced veggies (flash water blanch for some) meats and cheese and fun sauces. Your guests choose their items to roast on their individual raclette cooking tray. Big hit with picky kids and adults. Less shared germs for 6 to 8 eaters than fondue and just as delicious. We paired raclette dinner with an electric fondue of grand Marniet dark chocolate for desert- Yum! Also pretty easy to clean with non stick cooking surfaces.
