Oh Contraire! Loving the look and quality!
Two prior reviews almost scared me off. However, I called Macy's, a business I have found to be responsive and reliable over the years, and was assured that this furniture came with Sunbrella pillows. (The red pillows in the photo were previously owned by me.) The furniture delivery communications were excellent. I followed the location of the delivery truck on my app and received a call prior to the truck's arrival. The delivery men were professional, courteous, careful, made sure that I was happy with the items and their placement, and efficiently cleaned up and took away the packing materials. This furniture looks and feels like quality to me. It may not have the comfort of an indoor couch but the swivel chair with ottoman felt fine. I may actually start working from the deck when the temperature drops below 95 degrees. We will see how it all holds up as outdoor elements take their toll. But, on Day One...we are very happy with our choice!

We were so disappinted. For the price and description, we expected it to be alot more comfortable. We purchased based on online description--better see in person before purchasing.
