Not even used and it turned black

I bought as a gift and how embarrassing they returned it because it turned black and it was not even used. Worst cannot return because the window for returning closed. Do NOT BUY ANY JEWELRY in Macys.

I brought a chain and 3 days later it turned black at charm ok but chain broke out my neck rash I said not macy terrible experience I had get medication dry up rash
