Unable to use...damaged on delivery twice

2 deliveries of same unit both were damaged, dent from delivery terrible packagingand perhaps handling. Little to no insulation to protect from bumps and etc

Regret buying

They no longer stay flat to my stove top so there is uneven heating and the handles ugh don't get me started with the handles having to screw handles back in every other day. I am on a tight budget and thought I was getting a great deal because I was under the impression T-Fal is a quality brand. I'm very disappointed in Macy's for selling these. I was under the impression Macy's sold quality brands.

Love T-fal pans

T-fal pan is lightweight and easy to clean, which makes cooking enjoyable. I bought it on sale, but I’ll definitely keep buying it.
