Damaged and Poorly Handled Delivery

Received the T-fal 2-pan set in an open box with torn packaging. Both pans were scratched, looking old and poorly handled despite being unused. Very disappointed with the handling and delivery.

Unable to use...damaged on delivery twice

2 deliveries of same unit both were damaged, dent from delivery terrible packagingand perhaps handling. Little to no insulation to protect from bumps and etc
