Arrived damaged/broken

I was so excited about this dish set, but unfortunately it arrived broken.

Disappointing. Several (8) pieces were broken when I opened the packaging around the dishes.

Great china. Damage on arrival

The 12” dinner plates were broken when received. Everything else is excellent

Do not buy

The first shipment all of the dinner plates were broken. Second shipment everything was good. After one day one of the new dinner plates was cracked and split in half. Not a good product.

China set for 10 place settings

The merchandise is great but the packaging was terrible. There was no bubble wrap at all and dishes that were on the edges were broken. I had 5 dinner plates and 2 soup plates broken. I did call customer service and was told that I would receive the replacements by August 5th and that is what I want. I need my dishes not a credit
