I bought this set for family dinner during special events. It lights up the table, especially with the lovely decorations. My kids really love it! Well-packaged.

Great Dinnerware Set

This is the perfect dinnerware set because it's very cute, microwave safe and because it didn't include mugs. The bowls are what most people need. We get mugs from so many places and i definitely needed bowls more. The set is Christmas themed, but there is no reason not to use the set year-round!

Very cute...but with a few flaws.

I purchased 3 sets of these to have service for 12. I do like them, they are very cute, but not without some flaws. In one of my sets, one of the small dessert/salad plates is convex as opposed to concave. Where the middle portion is pushed up instead of down. It's not necessarily usable, if you are using it with anything that has a sauce or dressing. Also, the red rims around most of the large plates are very uneven, making them look somewhat warped (not perfectly round). I definitely considered returning them, but in the end decided to keep them based on the fact that a) I got them on sale, and b) I will be using them rather casually for Christmas Eve dinner with the family, and c) they really are adorable. My suggestion would be, if you are interested in purchasing them, is to buy them in store, as opposed to online, so you can inspect them first for the above mentioned flaws.
