Tahari ASL One-Button Buckle Pantsuit, Regular & Petite

Versatile and flattering. Love it!

If you need only one suit, the One-Button Buckle Pantsuit would be an excellent choice. It is slimming, and the pants make my legs look longer and sleeker. The fabric is a very subtle mini black/white pin stripe, and the overall effect is a dark charcoal gray suit, like the photo. It has an understated matte finish, appropriate for fall/winter/spring. The jacket has a single shiny black metal decorative "button", with a snap fastener behind it. The faux jacket "pockets" are decorated with similar black metal hardware. You could create either a conservative or trendy look, depending on your choice of accessories. For size comparison, I wear misses 18 in Michael/Michael Kors coats, and the misses 18 Tahari suit is a perfect fit. I am a bit short-waisted. I'm 5'7" (32-33" inseam) and the pant length is just right for me when I wear a 3" heel. I could probably wear a 2" heel without alterations. I need to have the sleeves shortened, but that is typical for me. I purchased several Tahari suits/separates online, and the One-Button Buckle Pantsuit was my only keeper. I found the pants to be far more flattering than the Tahari Straight-Leg Trousers, which have gotten high reviews. (I thought the Straight-Leg Trousers were too short for me and made my long-ish legs look stumpy.) This suit is very flattering on a curvy figure, but I think it would work well for most women.
