Size right but listed measurements are off

I ordered this in a size 6 without first looking at the listed measurements, and it fit perfectly. But when I later went back to compare the sizing to pick out something in another brand, I realized they are way too small. I am 5'4", 130 lbs--my weight is on my hips and bust. So maybe don't look at those when picking out a size. I liked this and it was very nice, but it was more austere looking than I expected and as another reviewer pointed out, the peplum weave gets caught on things very easily. So this won't work for my needs, but it might work for someone else.

Looks great... terrible quality

RETURN! This suit did not last even a day. It SNAGGED on EVERYTHING. All these loops from the woven stitching is poking out on the jacket and the skirt. It's terrible quality. This is now the third suit from Tahari ASL that I've returned. Don't get me wrong, it's cute... but this is not a good suit.

Outstanding!

Just got my first Tahari suit and I am in love! First of all his clothes are true to size. I wear a 14, that’s what I ordered and it couldn’t fit any better! I was concerned since this is my first Tahari purchase. NOT worried anymore!!!! The quality is remarkable. I will definitely purchase more of his suits! I would rather buy one of these than 2 or 3 dresses. Do it and buy one so you can see for yourself what I am talking about. I am now a big time Tahari skirt suit fan.
