I normally listen to reviews but figured that the first review may have been a fluke occurrence as I too ordered online for a smaller size after buying one at the store. The ring stone size difference is very noticeable between the two “duplicate” rings. Why would a retailer offer the same item in two different sizes and charge the same for it? It doesn’t make sense. Both rings are pretty but how can each stone be 1/8 carat when one is about 15% larger than the other? I’m not happy with this mislabeling.

When buying the ring online and not in the store it ships directly from the vendor. I bought a size 7 in the store because thats typically the standard size they carry. Turns out she was a 6. After ordering the 6 online I noticed not only was the setting different but they diamonds and stone size were a lot smaller compared to the 7 I bought in store and this online picture. After talking to Macys they sent me a replacement as the item might have been a mistake. The replacement was the same issue. After talking with some jewelers in the industry I'd never buy a ring online...The ring in the size 7 in store is very nice which is why I give it a 4 and I suggest buying that and getting it sized not through Macys.
