awful shoes and awful return policy

These shoes were cheap trash. Horribly made. I returned them the very same day they were delivered to my house. Now the return is sitting pending and it’s been almost two weeks. Still no refund to my Macy card. Horrible shoes and a terrible refund policy. Don’t do it!
