Not a fan

Not a fan . Matter of fact im returning it . Does NOT stay on..Nor does it plump your lip as it says it will

Mixed feelings

I love everything about it except that about 1/3 of it stays in the tube. The first time I thought it was just a defective one, so I bought it again and it stops pushing it up with too much left in the tube. As much as I love it I can't see paying that much and having so much wasted.
