My rating is based on the overall purchase and delivery experience rather than the tv itself because I received my package with a large hole along the front of the tv so I initiated a return. Overall the purchase and return process have been relatively painless but mostly tedious. This is shipped through a third party so delivery coordination is scheduled through them and returns also can only go through them so this required thorough reading throughout the purchase process to know how to troubleshoot. Response time could have been better but once folks got in touch both on the Macy's and shipper side, each made it easy to return. Something to consider if you're wanting an easier purchase process.
Absolutely Blown Away by the Picture and Design!
I’ve had the TCL 75A300W for a few weeks now, and it’s truly a game changer. The NXTVISION 4K QLED display is absolutely stunning—colors are vibrant, blacks are deep, and the clarity is next level whether I’m watching movies, gaming, or streaming live sports. It’s one of the few TVs where you genuinely notice the upgrade from the moment you turn it on. The integrated Google TV interface makes everything intuitive and fast—no lag, no clunky menus—just a seamless experience. I love how quickly I can jump into Netflix, YouTube, or live TV, and the voice control through the remote is super convenient. Another standout is the flush wall mount. It sits beautifully against the wall and gives the setup a sleek, modern look that elevates the entire room. TCL clearly put thought into every detail of this TV—from visual quality to usability to design. I’m genuinely impressed and can’t recommend this model enough to anyone looking for premium quality at an amazing value.

Internet connections
I bought this TV in November 2024. Today tried to switch internet providers. TV has worked great until I encountered this issue, however when I contacted Phony at TCL he immediately fixed things for me. Now all is working as it should. Thanks again Phony!

Excellent picture quality and sound
Amazing! The picture quality is just as good or better than our premiere brand TV. Sounds excellent by itself or as part of a sound system. Bracket mount is included, and installation was a breeze. I would highly recommend if you're in the market for a new TV.

Quality investment
I wasn’t sure what to expect with this tv but it has been awesome!! The picture quality is great for both shows/movies and the frame/art setting - if the screen weren’t so bright in my darker living room, it would really look like a painting! The matte screen is great at preventing glare. The tv is facing a large window in my living room and I haven’t had any issues with being able to view the screen. The setup was a little tricky - beware you have to still at least 6 holes to securely mount the tv. I have been an amazon fire stick loyalist but the functionality of the google tv is amazing!! Lastly, the frame is magnetic so it will be nice to be able to switch it out in the future if my design aesthetic changes. It came with a standard light wood looking frame that will suffice for now.
