Too soft

The topper is way too soft and does not even come close to the firmness and comfort of my original tempur-pedic mattress that I purchased in 2003.

Not what I expected

It’s not the medium mattress I expected..I can still feel the firmness compared to my mattress I have before.. first time I experienced back pains after a week. The coolness I like it cause that feels great that is why i rated 3 out of 5
