This pillow is very uncomfortable.

Slept on it for one night and woke up with a very stiff neck. I called the store where we purchased it and asked if we could return it as it is not a pillow we would use again. I was told that we cannot return it. So am looking for some advise from you as what to do.

Pain in the ...

This pillow caused horrible neck kinks and cramping. Used half a night. Horrible waste of money. Very poorly designed and made. They will not rectify the situation. They know the pillows are poorly advertised as they are nothing like the description of the item and the company doesnt care. They just want your money. Don't waste your money.

Not very supportive

I got the pro hi pillow thinking it support my head better then the low pro but not. My head literally sinks all the way to the bottom. It feels like a super soft pillow. The blue cool gel pad is cool but it is only on the top side of pillow not all the way around. Luckily I did order 2 tempur cloud cooling pro hi pillows which are way more supportive and are great.

Perfect firmness and exactly the right size.

Perfect amount of firmness, long enough to not have to move when turning from one side to the other. Pillow covers fit perfectly.

Absolutely the best pillow yet!

I have not had better comfort from a pillow in years! This pillow has the best cushion and its thick and doesn't feel too firm. I am satisfied 100%. I love it!!

In love - best sleep ever

I didn't realize how much I needed this pillow until I started to use it. It's cooling and SO comfortable! I have not woken up with a sore neck since I started to use it. Will be buying this for my spouse and family. Would highly recommend as an investment in your sleep!
