Not good for plus size sleepers

This was a good mattress, until the foam starting forming huge holes under our shoulders. Tempurpedic honored the warranty the first time, but not the second time it happened, citing a sweat stain that was superficial and not close to the area. Both times the mattress only lasted 12-18 months before the holes formed. The mattress was kept on a power foundation sold to us with the mattress, and a mattress protector was used at all times. This product was not worth the price.

So dreamy

I am so in love with this mattress! I’ve had 3 spinal surgeries so having a nice mattress is important to me. Nothing compares to a Tempur bed! Truly the best of the best! My job is very physical and coming home to this and getting quality sleep is everything. Totally worth the investment!

Over priced and under delivers

The mattress is advertised as being great at alleviating pressure points but its really no better that an average mattress yet much more expensive.

Disappointed Customer

In just under 2 years of owning the mattress, we found there to be a split horizontally in the mattress. We did have a small spill on the mattress and removed the covering immediately. Upon doing this we noticed the split and started a warranty claim. Our claim was denied due to the spill stain that was several inches away from the split; saying the stain is what caused the split. I feel that is totally unlikely knowing that the split is along the area where the adjustable base is. I wanted so much to be happy with Tempur-Pedic but I have to say I'm terribly disappointed in their warranty. I now have to purchase another mattress, but it will NOT be Tempur-Pedic.
