Still not having a good night sleep

I bought this mattress and I still am not having a good night's sleep. I have had it several months and I am so unhappy.

too soft

it is too soft and hurts my back. i explained I was a stomach sleeper and like a very firm bed. The sales agent told me that it is too firm and would hurt my ribs

Happy so far

We’ve had our new Temper-Pedic mattress for about three weeks and have been thoroughly pleased so far. We really enjoy the adjustable mattress and frame.

Cracks in foam

Mattress has crack. Claims department won't assist with replacement which is to be expected. Will not be purchasing a tempurpedic again

Bed time!

Very attractive cover design. Showroom sample felt medium, but salesman should have “coached us” to more try’s and other mattresses to be sure we select the right hardness mattress. We were “close”, but a little too hard (selected medium, should have soft).

Great quality!!

I have chronic pain issues and this mattress makes it so much more comfortable to sleep, move around if I have to, no more hip or back pain. It's so comfortable, it makes me not want to get out of bed. I wish I was able to get the pro adapt for more comfort but it wasn't in the budget. My husband and I shopped around for a mattress the entire day, I had him lay on this one first and then try a few other brands, we both kept going back to this one. We were totally missing out and glad we finally joined the tempur-pedic club!!
