Great Pillow but HORRIBLE SMELL.
The pillow is what I was hoping for. Unfortunately, while I wanted the support, definitely didn’t want the horrible, chemical smell that brings tears to your eyes and keeps you awake. That smell just can’t be removed. I’ve washed the outer case 5 times with conditioner until it’s starting to pill. Still smells. I’ve left the inner pillow outside in the fresh air. No deal, but it’s a little bit better. It’s now a very expensive decor pillow on the couch. Too bad you can’t post a photo with a scratch and sniff.
Pillow Talk
Purchased a tempurpedic mattress and pillow. I'm still getting used to the pillow. I am mostly a back sleeper. I often struggle to find a pillow that works for my neck curve, and then is also okay if I turn to my side. It's a good height for my neck profile. The pillow starts out pretty comfortable, but then gets a little hard when my head has formed to it. It's pretty heavy to rotate around at night. We've only had them a little less than a month so I'm hoping it gets a little softer while remaining supportive. It seems like it will last a long time, and it does have a cooling fabric. I would possibly recommend it to someone depending on their sleeping preferences.

the best!
im a petite woman who likes an extremely soft pillow. although this pillow says the feel is "medium" its PERFECTLY SOFT enough for a soft pillow lover like me. this breeze pro hi is just the right height. also not sure why people are saying its heavy, im a tiny woman & dont agree. i loved the extremely soft feel of the adapt cloud cooling pillow but wanted a pillow with a higher profile while still being soft & this breeze pro hi is exactly that. if youre an adapt cloud cooling pillow lover or just a soft pillow lover, youll love this breeze pro hi

wow amazing
im a petite lady who likes extremely soft pillows, i previously loved the adapt cloud cooling pillow but wanted something with a higher profile, this breeze pro hi is perfect, even though it's described as medium feel, its still soft enough for a soft lover like me, not firm, this is like laying your head on a cloud, love it! also the high profile is not too high, just right! worth the money if your preferences are similar to mine

It's heavy. It's pricey. But once you get used to it you won't want to use any other pillow!

Most uncomfortable pillow ever!
I have purchase 8 of these pillows to replace all of the pillows at home. I was advised by the store associate on which would be the best pillow for myself. They made me lay down and try pillows until they decided that this prolo medium would be the best to keep my back aligned with my neck. Well, this pillow is HORRIBLE! Expensive for no reason (maybe you pay by the lb because it weighs a ton!). I can't sleep because it is too high and it hurts my neck! Worst night with no sleep. I tried to have them changed at the store, but had no luck. Called customer service and had NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Do not waist your money thinking that temper-pedic pillows are great because they are awful!
