Really enjoy the mattress.

A couple things, the vibration on low is fine, but when it's on high, it is really noisy. #2) light that is on under the mattress. How do you replace that?

Great Quality and Comfort

This base/bed met all of our expectations in terms of comfort and ease of use. We love our bed! However, we experienced an issue with the base, which required replacing the power supply. We worked with the Tempurpedic customer service team, and once they shipped us the replacement, we were back in business and enjoying our bed.

Love my Bed base.

I love the adjustable base, the massage/ vibration is great feature. The under lighting would be great if it was motion activated!

Customer service severely lacking

The Tempur Pedic base is acceptable. The buttons on the controller are slow to react. I needed to order the headboard installation kit. So I called customer service, held for over an hour. Resolution super slow. If you purchase from Tempur Pedic don't expect help.

Flexible base

Not impressed with customer service when you have a problem & your flexible base breaks. Went to where I purchased my bed & all they did was send an email. Takes 5 days at least for them to read it, and you can't do anything until they contact you. Very disappointed with this product and customer service.

Outstanding Base for our bed!

This is amazing. We can prop the back up to read in bed at night before we go to sleep. Raise your feet, and support your lumbar area. Extremely comfortable. The Zero Gravity feature is great for a tired back! And, the nightlights under the base are very cool to use at night. Combined with our Tempur-Pedic Breeze, we are sleeping very well now. Better than we ever have!
