Best Pillow in my life

I've always had shoulder and back pain in the bed and tried so many different types of pillows; none of them worked. However the Tempur-Neck Pillow really gave me a piece of my mind/body/everything!

HORRIBLE!!

Horrible. Horrible. Read the fine print because you cannot return even if you don’t use it. The quality is so bad and the pillow harder than a rock. I like firm but this isn’t good.

DON'T BUY!!!!

I bought 8 pillows (4 cloud ones, opened and tried them and 4 neck pilllows with 2 opened and other 2 unopened) so we could try them but unfortunately it did not resolve the issues of why we bought it in the first place, so decided to return the 2 pillows we did not open but to our dismay, it cant be returned. go but somewhere else where returns are possible.
