Very disappointed: Minimal side support to sit on bed side.
Sitting on side of bed is very uncomfortable and you almost slide off due to lack of support on side of bed which is very disappointing from a "FIRM" mattress. In addition, the mattress slides away from the headboard far enough the pillows fall to ground before stopped by bracket on foot of bed.

Splat!
We got this mattress in December. If the room temp is a little on the cooler side, the surface of mattress feels hard. For example, if you hit the surface with a flat palm, it'll feel like a splat rather than your hand being cushioned. Once you start laying out it, your body heat will soften the material. We are considering adding a non-memory foam pillow-top to make it feel more like a traditional mattress.

Softer in the showroom…
When testing mattresses in the showroom this mattress seemed “just right” as Goldilocks would describe but when delivered it was very firm. The delivery men said it had been in a cold, cold warehouse and to give it time to warm up. That really didn’t change it much. My husband calls it “the slab” and it does soften somewhat with body heat but it is really hard when you first crawl into bed. I am giving it some time, luckily I am able to sleep.

No fair

Quality
I have been using it for less than a year and feels like it sagging and higher in the middle. I was told that it doesn't have memory. I still paying for it and when I request the warranty and even send clear pictures of it they deny. They said that I should go to the store where it was buy and the store said that It has to be tempur pedic . We are senior and this is not fair.

Soft as a cloud? More like hard as a rock
Being a curvy person, I chose the ProAdapt 2.0 Soft Double - This bed is NOT soft at all, it does not give as other soft mattresses do, and I have more back pain and discomfort than I did with my old conventional mattress. The mattress is hot and not comfortable at all.

Deep depressions
Depressions within a year, sent in warranty...response not deep enough, Wake with back pain....THE WORSE MATTRESS WE EVER BOUGHT, now just trying to use it till we can buy a sleep number

Hard mattress
Worst mattress I’ve owned. I thought this mattress was suppose to form around body but it is the hardest and most uncomfortable mattress My husband and I toss and turn all night I complained to tempurpedic and was told to just buy a mattress topper I would not recommend this hybrid medium
