The mattress is just over 3 years old and the one side has started to sag. Tempur-pedic is not standing by the warranty. This is our 3rd mattress and we had no problems with the previous two. I did not mind spending more money because of the warranty but since they will not stand by it I will no longer buy tempur-pedic.

Mattress was perfect in the showroom regarding cooling.
Once we brought it home, Raymour & Flanigan makes us purchase their mattress cover as a mandatory requirement for their warranty. UNFORTUNATELY, their mattress cover blocks the cooling aspect of your mattress so I've wasted my money. I'm sweating almost as much as I did with my first Tempur-pedic 25+ years ago. When we purchased our first Tempur-Pedic through Shaper Image there was not a mandatory requirement to put on a mattress cover to keep the warranty valid. I would recommend this product but not if you have to buy a mandatory mattress cover.

My hips feel pressure and hurt; 90 day trial misleading
I've used the bed for 2.5 months and my hips are sore at the end of the night to the point that I have to wake up and change sides - every night. I had already upgraded and tried this one after the Cloud mattress as it was hurting my hips too. Mind you, I'm only 120 lbs, 5'6", lean, with no hip issues or injuries. If you're heavier or have actual hip issues, this bed will not work for you. On top of that, I can't return the insanely expensive mattress like I thought I could ("90 day trial") because I already returned the Cloud within 90 days! So if they make bad mattresses and you give them a second chance, you're screwed. They don't make it clear that you can only "use" the 90 day trial once a calendar year! I do not recommend this mattress or Tempurpedic due to this misleading 90 day trial.

love the feel
we were hesitant to buy a tempur pedic but we have loved it since the first night of sleep. It is firm, but comfortable. there is less movement from partner moving around in bed

Absolutely Love This Mattress
My husband and I bought this mattress 3 weeks ago and have been so incredibly happy with this purchase! As a side sleeper, I used to always wake up with stiff shoulders and that has since gone away. It truly contours to your body. My quality of sleep has changed significantly as well. I could not recommend this mattress enough!

Registration tag
After our bed had been set up and in place by the installers, it was near impossible for us to get to the tag and find the registration number. Why not put it in the front where there is a hanging tag with a QR code to get to the registration page if there’s other tags hanging in the front, it should be somewhere much more accessible such as in that same spot at the zipper area.

Best bed purchase I have ever made
The back and knee pain relief this mattress and adjustable frame has provided has been amazing. After two nights I have not had any back pain . Having a cold and being able to easily sleep with my head raised, wonderful! I cannot say enough great things about my new bedding. I wish I would have purchased this setup 20 years ago. I tell everyone in my family, the next bedding you buy, buy a tempurpedic.
