Web ID: 15421225Fake Marriage and Forced Proximity Trope Done Well
Destined to take over the mega corporation founded by his grandfather, Declan Kane's rise is thwarted by a stipulation left in his grandfather's will. The will states that before he can inherit the company, he must marry and have a child. After reaching the bottom of the pool of suitable brides, Declan is stuck until his longtime assistant Iris volunteers to take on the role. Declan and Iris's fake marriage is supposed to be the perfect solution, until lines begin to blur. It was entertaining to see the lengths Declan and Iris had to go through in order to make their fake marriage seem real. It is essential that the marriage appears normal to everyone who is not aware of the scheme. This includes housekeepers, coworkers, and even Iris's family! This secrecy was clever because it raised the stakes and brought Declan and Iris closer via forced proximity. The secrecy and isolation may not have been the healthiest start to a relationship, but it worked for the plot. I was apprehensive of Declan as a romantic figure due to his established ice-cold demeanor; however, I was impressed! Iris was lovely, sensible, and an excellent assistant. Declan had such a clear fondness for Iris, and that was clear to everyone around them - in Rowan's books, he takes note of Declan's natural kindness towards Iris. It is so natural for Declan to put Iris first through his actions, even if he does not admit it aloud. Iris's family seemed so warm and loving. I loved scenes of them. together. Iris was such a likable character, it was easy to connect with her and understand how Declan fell for her. She understands Declan like no one else does. I liked Iris and Cal's friendship, but I would have really liked to see how that friendship came to be. What was most romantic about this story was how Dclan and Iris cared for one another. They did what they could to help and encourage the other. Zahra and Rowan's appearance was very much appreciated, and the budding sisterhood between Zahra and Iris was so great!

Good Book
Rowan low key made me so mad because of what he did to Zhara in the book. I really enjoyed reading through their love story though, enemies to lovers is so awesome.

Terms and Conditions
This story about Declan and Iris is beyond cute! I love Declan! He's aggressive, egotistical, arrogant, and a HUGE softy when it comes to Iris. Declan wants his inheritance, but in order to get it he has to be married and have a child. Iris, his Personal Assistant tries to get women to agree to marry him for the right amount of money. The problem? The minute the women meet him in-person, they leave. Regardless of the amount they would get when the deal was over. Enter, Iris as the hero. She jumps in and agrees to marry her boss so he can get his inheritance. This will not be easy for her because he's a brute and exacting. But, I'm sure we all know why he's so gruff with her. This story has some extremely funny parts along with some family drama. All-in-all, I ended up loving this book! Declan is now one of my favorite characters. If you haven't read this yet, what are you waiting for? DO NOT listen to the audiobook...it is AWFUL! However, pick up the book itself...you won't be sorry.

Fun Read!
After reading the Fine Print a few months ago I heard from multiple people that this one was better so I decided to give it a try. And they were right! I really liked Iris and Declan’s story and the way that their relationship developed. There were definitely still some problematic aspects to it but I felt like they were resolved in a somewhat better way (at least compared to the first one). Overall Terms and Conditions was a fun read and I look forward to seeing Cal’s story unfold! Rating: 3.5/5⭐️

Best in the series
I read the entire series, and I can say with certainty that this was the best. I personally don't think it did enough to make up for the other two, but I enjoyed it on its own.

My favorite book in this series.
Wow. I cried at the end of this book. The story was fun and heart warming. I feel in love with both Declan and Iris separate stories as well as their story together. Something about Lauren Asher’s character are like crack because I keep loving each one I read more than the last. I can’t wait to dive into Final Offer 😭
