Disappointed

I had to return the boots because they were not comfortable. I returned them and have been trying to get my credit since October 11th. Four attempts and still do not have a refund. Not sure if you’re checking on quality of the product or quality of the service. My experience on the return makes me very much hesitate to order online from Macys.

A must have.

I just love these. I bought the cream. They are true to size. I did not have to break them in, they are very light feeling and comfy to walk in all day long on the first day.

Sad they didn't work out.

I really wanted to Love these as they were a very nice look. I knew from just the look and some of the reviews, they were not made for hiking. I do a lot of walking for work, and just trying these on in my home with some walking, they felt very stiff & pretty uncomfortable. Maybe just for a night out they'd be fine, but I need them for walking.
