Other occasion to buy:bad transaction

Used Item delivered

Item arrived with wear and tear on the wheels which clearly indicates it was in some way,shape or form used. Item was just thrown in a box with no protective wrappings. The item itself is very nice but I DID NOT PURCHASE AN USED ITEM. Sadly I never expected this from Macys!

Poor shipping service

I ordered this on 3/8/25. I already contacted customer service once. It has only went to the shipping agency. I ordered this for travel. Macy's should pay to expedite my shipments.

Nice and roomy suitcase

I've had this suitcase on one trip (a cruise) and it managed very well. The outer portion of the suitcase seems like a hard plastic, which worries me a little if it gets thrown around. The inside is very roomy and held a lot of clothes and shoes. I love the cheetah print, it looks very nice in person. So far, I'm pleased with it.
