Very beautiful high heel

Very beautiful and exquisite design. However, it took Macy's 3 times to send me a brand new/unused heel instead of the used/returned ones. I wasn't happy about this at all, but they finally made it right! Love it!

Ripped at the seam

These bootie shoes are so very comfortable.. I bought them a few months ago in both colors. I wore the black ones to brunch and sat the whole time. After I walked outside, I noticed the ripped seam. Very disappointed.

I wore these for about two hours and some of the stones came off. Super comfortable. I returned them because if some of the stones fell off in a few hours I could only image how many would come off over time.
