Good Sample of Products

These products can be enjoyed by newbies to an elevated shaving experience. The shaving brush smells a little funny at first (it is real badger brush, which is a very good thing). Just lather it up and let it sit undisturbed for 24 hours, after that rinse it clean with water. Repeat this about 5 days and the stink will go away. The brush does a nice job considering how small it is. I used it about 20 times before the bulb of hair fell out of the plastic handle. I just gorilla glued it and it was fine. You'll get a better lather from a tub of standard AoS shaving cream, but this stuff still does a much better job than any standard shaving product you can get at your neighborhood discount store. This item makes a nice gift for a young man who you want to introduce to a better shave. I saved the small assortment of products for use while traveling. Enjoy your shave.

Worth the money

I have purchased several of these for gifts. It is inexpensive for all you get and I am told it's an incredible difference from any other shaving products.

Best men's product!

I got it for my dad on fathers day and he loved it! It gave him the opportunity to try the brand out and once he tried it, he fell in love with it and now only uses The Art of Shaving. 5 out of 5!

Perfect for travel

Got this for the hubby. Yes he loved it. Man actually love this stuff. Highly recommend it especially if your hubby travels alot or have a future vacation.

Great Gift Set

I recently purchased this grooming set as a gift for my brother. I love the the way the products are clearly displayed in the box, and the striped motif on the packaging reminds me of looking into a shop window. This little set makes a great gift. I would definitely recommend it.

works nicely, time-consuming

I purchased this as a gift for my teenaged son who was experiencing razor burn, and he said it worked well except that he didn't really get a good lather from the shaving cream. After using it for a few days, however, he told me he would not continue using it because it made the process of shaving longer and more complicated. This would probably be a great gift for someone who doesn't mind the whole process of applying the oil first, etc and can appreciate the "art" of shaving.
