Unsatisfied customer

I was to receive this item with free shipping. When it was delivered at my door, the carrier demanded cash for delivery. I told him I didn’t owe for delivery, and I immediately notified Macy of the situation. The representative assured me it would be delivered without any further problems. That never happened. Instead, my package was returned and I was not refunded my money. I still want my package ( 2 sets of wine glasses).
