Careless Packing
It arrived broken in 100 pieces. Not packed well at all.

Very disappointing
The baker was broken into many pieces as it appeared to be very poorly wrapped. Needless to say we didn't reorder.
Arrived destroyed
The bakeware arrived smashed in hundreds of pieces. There was one piece of brown paper packing material on top and nothing on the bottom of the box. Shamefully terrible packing job

I ordered this casserole dish online , I am sure it is very sturdy and would have been put to good use. Notification of its arrival to pick it up came through Thanksgiving holiday, we were out of town during Thanksgiving. Upon our return return, I was ill and unable to pick it up right away. Tried calling customer service to be connected to online pick up in the store, plus calling to ask the operator to connect me to online pick up, this was all to no avail. I finally was able to go to Macy’s in person and they had already put it back in stock . I would have had it picked up by a friend, but they needed my ID. I was disappointed with the inability to contact someone at the desk for pick up, and I could not speak to a real person to ask them for help. I found a replacement for this gift, but I was very disappointed with the whole procedure.
Do not order online for shipping
Received it broken the first time. The chat people sent me a new shipment only for it to be broken again. I provided photos and asked for a refund, they denied me! Terrible customer service and terrible packaging. Don’t order this
