Scratch up!

I love Macy’s, but my butter jar came all scratched up, not happy with the packing and mailing process!

Wrong product

I was very excited to order this product on sale. Imagine my surprise when I opened the large box and found a bowl inside but with the correct packing slip. When I chatted with customer service I was lord the only thing I could do was get a refund. I specifically asked if they were sold out. I was also told I would need to print out a shipping label and return the wrong item to the UPS Store 40 minutes away! Imagine my surprise to see this item still being sold on the website!!!it may be a great product customer service stinks! I’m not about to reorder at a higher cost and with additional shipping.

Ceramic dish was packaged as is, arrived in pieces

They just put the butter tray dish directly in the box, no bubblewrap or anything. I received dozens of ceramic chips.

Perfect size but lid doesn’t fit tight.

Perfect size, missing tight closure . The wooden cover doesn’t fit perfectly. It would be beneficial to have rubber membrane to allow tight closure.

Not well crafted

This is a beautiful butter dish but it does not seal. It is warped so that the top does not properly close down to seal on all four sides. Ver disappointed as it is a nice dish.
