Creamy eyeliner

I thought this eyeliner was going to be a bit creamier than what it was. The eyeliner was dry and hard to work with. When I tried to put the eyeliner on my eye, the liner did not glide on smoothly. The line wasn't consistent/it was choppy....Had to go over it multiple times in order to get a smooth line.

disappointing

I ordered this in black and was disappointed with the color. It isn't a deep black like most black gel eyeliners. I like the consistency of this eyeliner and that it does last.
