Concise and easy to read

This is a useful book that provides a concise overview of the process of changing mindset and habits. There's nothing new or groundbreaking here, but the information is provided in a way that's easy to read and understand. It's the kind of thing that would be good to read as a reminder every year. unique take on weight loss

The Noom Mindset definitely feels much different than other diet books I’ve read in the past. And it’s right there in the title: it’s all about mindset, not just about weight loss but about understanding your eating habits. There’s a lot of info packed in this book so I’d suggest taking your time and read it slowly to avoid serious information overload, especially because as I said it’s much different from your typical diet book, offering a unique approach to weight loss.
