Once I saw it, I knew it would be perfect!

used this backpack as a carry-on on the plane and it was simply perfect. I had so much room and not only was durable, but the quality was worth every penny.

Defective New Product Line

Super bummed that this line is defective. Noticed that the right shoulder strap would ride up my shoulder, but the left side would start to slip off. The issue was that the shoulder straps were over 0.5 inch off from edge seam. I love this bag and have 3 larges and 2 smalls from last season. It's great to pack a week's worth of stuff and just walk onto a plane with just a backpack, but North Face missed the mark with this one. I hope they fix this because I love the new colors, extra wide design and the interior water bottle slip and I bought two of them.
