missed tagged merchandise

I order two medium North Face shorts, Shorts are great. Good quality unfortunately one of the shorts was missed tagged. They send me a short that was size small but it had a size medium tag and it didn't fit my son. I'm taking the shorts directly to Macy's to see if they can exchange it. Not happy with this error
