I would buy this product for any backpack event

I bought this backpack for the reviews but also because I wanted a high quality backpack and I also wanted a cute backpack, I use this backpack for traveling as I travel out of country/State every year with visiting Florida, this backpack came in the mail and it look Exactly and if not better than what it looked like on the website I'm going to be using this backpack For 7th grade, 8th grade and even possibly 9th grade ( Freshman year) I would 100% recommend these backpacks! The backpacks also come with a whistle which is bonus points just in case you ever need a whistle!!

Great Book Bag choice for a high school girl

Works perfect for my Granddaughter who is a 10th grader- large enough for her lap top and binders - great padding on the shoulders- I like that it's black but has pink stitching so still cute for a high school girl -

Poor Shipping Process

Never received the order! Placed an order July 22nd, lots of back and forth with the UPS and delivery date, called Macy’s Customer Service Aug 7th to inquire about the late order, was told it’ll arrive at 1pm and it never did. Called Customer Service again and was told the order was being sent back to them and that I could pay and place another order with the delivery date being Aug 30th. Then was offered a 25% discount on my next order. The product would have been nice, but it never came. Take care Macy’s, you don’t need me as an online customer anymore.
