The mattress is thin and compresses to almost nothing when moving around. It is comfortable when laying still, but there are far more mattresses that feel better than this one for the price. I reached out to customer service and never heard back.

Not great if you constantly have a bad back
For the past month I've been waking up multiple times a night from pain regardless of how I sleep, either excruciating back pain or pain on my side. These mattresses don't last unfortunately, I would not recommend this to anyone.

This mattress is very hard
We have purchased multiple Purple mattresses before and liked them, but this one is incredibly hard and has not broken in yet after a month. We are still in the return window and debating what to do, but we are really disappointed in this mattress.

Shipping/Customer Service is the problem
The mattress itself is good. A bit firmer than the original mattress from 2015. Took weeks to arrive. I called them, they said they would look into it, never heard back. Fed ex eventually delivered my mattress, however, they sent me the wrong size mattress. I called them, but they can't help you on the phone, you have to fill out a form to tell them what you just told them on the phone and send pics of the wrong size mattress. Then you have to work with a third party to schedule them to come pick up the wrong mattress. Then you get the correct mattress. They did not compensate me in any way for the month delay.

My favorite bed
We got our first purple 5 years ago and when we needed to get a new mattress for a guest room, it was a no brainer. These beds are amazing and I sleep so wonderfully on them. I used to get pains when I slept, but that is no longer!

Warranty Claim Process Slow and (so far) Unresponsive
I had issues right out of the bag: a stain & a misshapen mattress. Two weeks after submitting a warranty claim & calling to follow up, I've heard nothing back. It would be nice to hear something/anything.

Product good, return process....not so much
Not our first Purple mattress purchase. Love the mattress and sleeps more comfortably than anything we tried before. Wouldn't hesitate recommend it. Purple sent wrong size, return process combersome

Would like to trade for thicker one
Thinner than what we thought. Not really the right fit for us need a mattress thicker than this one and then think it would be perfect for us. I think we ordered the right mattress just the wrong thickness.
