Amazing book in every sense

I was looking for a healthy cookbook when I came across this book. It is truly what it says to be, a comprehensive lifestyle program full of useful tools that I've put into practice. I'm loving the recipes and I love that I don't have to figure out or track calories or macros. The meal builder is easy to use and recipes are delicious. It deserves even more stars than 5!
