Cute, & keeps you intrigued
I probably put this book down once just to eat a meal but if I could I would have finished it in one sitting. It was getting so good as the pages were being flipped.

I Felt No Chemistry
3.5 ⭐️ I didn't feel the chemistry between Cataline and Aaron. I didn't even feel the chemistry or the love when he learned Spanish to talk to her relatives. I don't know, I guess it wasn't for me. Also, am I too poor to know there are events that auction men? That part was weird and unnecessary in my opinion.

I've reread it multiple times!
I can't say enough about this book. It's a love hate relationship that Lina and Aaron have that in the end turns into a true love story. Aaron is the perfect book boyfriend that Lina really needed in her life in order to flourish and be stronger with him by her side.

Overrated- not well written
The storyline is pretty good. It had potential to be a good story however there is way too much inner dialogue especially when the main character is having a conversation. It gets pretty annoying. Also, the character is too much for being 28 years old the way she thinks it’s the same thing over And over. The book is long-winded and the main character does not evolve. The inner dialogue of the main character is just too long. The last 200 pages are rough to get through. This book is highly overweighted. Storyline is great, but it could have been written. Booktok lied

Fake dating for a wedding? YES PLEASE
[RECOMMENDATION] For fans of fake dating and spicy books that make you smile from ear to ear as you read. [SYNOPSIS] Catalina needs a date for her sister's wedding, because she might've accidentally told them she has an American boyfriend and they all can't wait to meet him (including her ex and his new fiancee). Now she has four weeks to find someone, get their stories straight, and convince them to travel with her to Spain. Easy, breezy, right? Enter booktok's favorite boyfriend, Aaron Blackford. He's tall, handsome, and grumpy asf. But he might be her only option. [REVIEW] I understand the hype - this book is SO much fun!! I would love to see it get made into a movie, this is the energy of romcom movies I love, in book form. Their chemistry is fun, and I love the way Elena Armas writes.

!!!
Was looking for a new read ( back in 2022 ) and saw someone on TikTok recommend it along with a few other books. My husband bought it for me and I read it not knowing much about it. When I tell you I went to bed at 8am bc I didn’t want to put it down 🥲I loved it . Was definitely in love with Aaron Blackford 💙🦋. Felt so sad when I finished it lol . Maybe I’m exaggerating maybe not. I definitely 100% loved it though. Also yes it’s a slow burn and yes the 🌶🌶 was worth the wait .

I LOVED it!
I got this book and couldn't read it often due to school but in the summer I could not put it down! I sped through this book and I couldn't put it down for anything. I wish I could find another one I like just as much.
