Beware

I don't know where this was shipped from but this is how it arrived AND it was SUPPOSED to have this set of Wine Savant Colors of New York but either UPS or SOMEBODY STOLE it from my package OR it was NEVER put into the package. Now it's out of stock EVERYWHERE and I AM extremely unhappy as THIS IS A GIFT. The Tequila decanter and shot glasses were there but the box they were in was BANGED UP but no wine glasses. The package says it weighed 8 pounds it didn't even weigh 3 pounds. WHAT IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE TODAY?????
