Still have not received it!

I would review the product, I have not received it as of yet. I purchased this for a gift for my husband for our 15th anniversary. Our anniversary has come and gone. I’m very disappointed with Macys shipping department! The shipping label was created 10 days ago, finally it made it to UPS. Looks like I will get it by the end of the week. This is the second shipping problem I had with Macys. The first, I thought well these things happen. Now I wonder if I am going to shop online with their store.

Horrible customer service Order was placed November 25 and was never received. Canceled the order and was told 10 business days to get reimbursed. Will never order fro. Ma cey again.

Still waiting

Ordered this product on Dec 4th. As of Dec 17 still has not been delivered for pick up. Item still says processing. Other items ordered have been delivered and pick up. Sooooo there it is

Wine in Diamonds are a girls tasty friend!

Looks smaller than online. But i love the shapes of this diamond wine set. Its for a couple's wedding gift.

This is what we ordered 2nd we received

We weren’t even sent the right product. It doesn’t even look like what we received see photos below we were supposed to have a wood rack to hold the glasses. We got a glass one with no rack for the glasses..
