Unexpected color

These glasses are beautiful and are well made - I like the size and the sturdiness of the glasses. However, the color I received is not what I was expecting. It's disappointing because the green that's pictured is so pretty.

Color fades

We’ve had these glasses for 9 months and recently I noticed that some of the glasses started looking lighter than the others. All of the taller glasses completely faded to almost clear. Then I wonder how toxic that is.

wrong item

Received the completely wrong item. I called customer service to have this corrected and they sent me a return label and asked if I still wanted the original item which I said yes to. It doesn’t look like the item was re ordered for me which is frustrating. Just refunded the money

Never received despite customer service intervent.

I ordered two sets of beverage glasses and neither arrived. I called customer service who seemed to get it squared away, but I still have received neither order.

These glasses are all the rage. My daughter is buying a home and wanted these glasses in Sage Green. The are beautiful!
