Box and pillow damaged

Pillow was not in an exterior box, no plastic, the box was ripped, untaped and dirty. Our family did not feel safe using the product this dirty and in this condition. We order 3 and all 3 were damaged.

A huge king pillow that supports when I roll

I had ordered the standard one a year ago and it turns out to be quite small. I have to use another pillow so my head can be covered from one edge of the bed to the other when I roll. I finally got this king size pillow which is so huge it takes up 2/3 of my bed from one side to the other. Now my head is on the pillow when I turn from one side to the other instead of landing in the middle without pillow. I feel more comfortable sleeping. This is a good supportive pillow but more comfortable than a contour pillow for me.
