Shipping Failures

Rating is based on shipping not the product. When I opened the shipping box the product box and plastic the pillow were in were both opened. I was shipped an items that was possibly used and appeared to have been returned. So, I never tried the pillow and drove to the nearest Macys to return it. Macys needs to work on its shipping quality control. This is an unusual experience for me from Macy’s On another order recent I ordered two cups and got one cup and a bra! What?!

Firm and contoured is Just what I need. Could use a better fitted pillow case for it. I gets a little wrinkly .

Feels cheap

I’m undecided on this one. On one hand, it is the firmest one I’ve found so far as all the other contour pillows seem to collapse. But it’s really lightweight and almost flimsy. I’m a 5’5” female of average build, and the high side feels too high and the low too flat. To be fair, I’m comparing it to my beloved discontinued, heavy, dense gel memory foam pillow from Sleep Number.
