Comfort Gel Memory Foam

Love this pillow! Admittedly this is my first pillow of this type. It's super comfy whether I sleep on my back or side and no stiff or painful neck in the morning. Provides just the right amount of support, as it is not too soft or too firm.

Absolutely love

This pillow is extra firm just like I like it. Some pillows claim to be firm but are extra soft. There’s absolutely no softness to this pillow and I love it. If you’re looking for a Firm pillow…. This is the one!!!

Shipping Failures

Rating is based on shipping not the product. When I opened the shipping box the product box and plastic the pillow were in were both opened. I was shipped an items that was possibly used and appeared to have been returned. So, I never tried the pillow and drove to the nearest Macys to return it. Macys needs to work on its shipping quality control. This is an unusual experience for me from Macy’s On another order recent I ordered two cups and got one cup and a bra! What?!
