Too Soft

This is not a firm memory foam pillow, it is very soft and flattens when you lay your head on it, maybe that is due to the gel. I was hopeful it would work. I have had two prior memory foam pillows that are much firmer, I will be returning it and keep looking.

Do not buy - incorrect pillow inside case

Do not buy this. The pillow had the correct therapedic pillow case but the pillow inside was a random 5$ pillow. I have this pillow currently and it is it definitely the wrong pillow. Not sure if macys or therapedic is to blame for this but it’s not the right product.
