Never received it. Don’t buy

I never even received this pillow. Even the Macy’s website says the label is only “created” but never shipped. I was charged and now they want a review. All I can say is that I’m very disappointed. The order said it would arrive by 12/24/23 and it is now 1/5/24. It was a gift that I wasn’t able to give. Not shopping at Macys anymore. Service has gone downhill.

Macy's Shady Practice

I bought 2 of these pillows on sale. My credit card was charged right away upon "shipping". Did not receive them after 3 weeks and checked the status of shipping as "label created waiting to receive merchandise". Had to call customer service and fight for a refund. I don't think Macy's ever had the inventory. You just created phantom sales and cheated customers of their funds which you occupied for 4 weeks! Shame on you!

Pillow was very firm, not for me. I purchased the sensor gel cold touch memory foam pillow and I am sleeping like a baby.

Fantastic Pillow

I bought this because my neck was hurting me. Therapedic designed a great pillow here and my neck pain is gone after one night of sleep!
